Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future. All of our prices are displayed in USD.
What is your refund policy?

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at balticday@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Baltic Day is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Baltic Day will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

United States: 2-5 business days

Other countries: 4-18 business days

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.
